Brown favorite meat such as chicken, turkey, pork or beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a teaspoon of any wine jelly on top of meat and stir until meat is glazed. Let meat rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!

1-bag of turkey meatballs
1-8oz jar jalapeño jelly
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional)
Put meatballs in slow cooker. Combine jelly & BBQ sauce (less sauce = more spicy). Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until tender. Serve over rice or in sandwiches.
Use as a dipping sauce on meats such as pork, chicken, beef, even jalapeño poppers, fried foods (such as egg rolls), lettuce wraps, and savory dishes!
We've even drizzled it on our mash potatoes! Yummy!

Barbeque ribs, chicken, pork, turkey, burgers or kabobs - just brush on any flavor jelly from the jalapeño or vineyard collection about 5-10 minutes before meat is done.
May warm up more for a dipping sauce too!
